Shared a fantastic weekend at Lubbers with a group of friends. We benefitted from some great weather, so we got to enjoy the large sheltered garden. The close proximity to the beach makes a morning swim or coastal walk a doddle, especially when you can cone hone to a hot shower and a glowing fire. Superbly appointed interior delivers plenty of contemporary coastal cool and the beds were super comfortable. I’d go back at the drop of a hat.

An immaculate property oozing mod-cons and comfort. Our group of 10 stayed in October for a week and loved every moment. Even on the half-day it rained, we enjoyed our time around the fire playing board games. It's minutes from both the village and sea front which is very convenient. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere in Wittering, this is the place to go!

Perfect Perfect Perfect!! Beautiful house - Spacious, cosy, great garden space and has everything you need. Hot outside shower is a GREAT touch, after a cold swim at the beach! We also enjoyed cosy nights around the fire, as well as playing games in the kitchen/dining area - which is so well designed. Beds are super cosy & bathrooms/en-suites were great. Great location - seconds away from the beach and a few minutes from town. Butchers, bakers and cafes are on point. 100% We’ll be visiting again and recommending to friends and family. Wish I was still there!!

Spent a fabulous weekend in this beautiful house which is a 5 minute walk to the beach . The house oozes comfort and style and every effort has been made to make your stay a stress free and enjoyable one. Local amenities are fabulous and I would thoroughly recommend a stay here .

We had a wonderful stay in this home, 8 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs and had plenty of our own space. A couple of minutes walk to Wittering's lovely sandy beaches. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Would very happily stay again!

Had a lovely stay here with friends. Perfect location (literally 30 seconds away from the beach!) and walking distance to town with some lovely coffee shops. The house is beautifully decorated, and perfect for a family stay. Would really recommend😊

Gorgeous house just a stones throw from the beach. We loved staying here, it was big enough for the whole family and super cosy. Lovely to go for a walk along the beach, and come back to a cuddle up by the fire.

We had a super stay at Lubbers. It is a fabulous light and airy home; beautifully decorated with everything you could wish for provided for you! It is right by the beach as well as being in the heart of this busy village. Would thoroughly recommend for a group or friends or family.

I’ve stayed at Lubbers now over both summer and winter holidays. In the summer the large garden area is fantastic, with a good bbq, out door shower and furniture. The flowerbeds are clearly well looked after and provide a tranquil setting to relax from, but with the beach 100m up the road. During the winter months the house becomes a cosy space to enjoy with the log burner and comfy sofa. There’s plenty of room for 10 people to stay too with the extra outdoor room available on request. A lovely seaside get away home, that Id thoroughly recommend! Many thanks.

Had a wonderful girls weekend at Lubbers in the Autumn - the cold dips in the sea felt easy with a 2 minute walk back to the house and the log fire to warm us back up again!. Beautifully presented, comfy beds, all you need in the kitchen and local amenities just minutes away if you wanted to venture out. Highly recommend for any occasion.
