Wish I could have stayed for longer! Sarah is welcoming and the Courtyard lodge is just perfect- cozy, spotless and beautifully decorated. You relax as soon as you walk through the door. Thank you Rooms: Beautifully decorated. Luxury toiletries. Fresh milk and coffee making facilities. All so well thought out and cared about - it feels really special. Safety: Tucked away, very safe and secure.

Tucked away, but close to the coast our own private log cabin for a couple of days. Ideal for couples with its own little garden. Helpful and friendly owner, who keeps the place spotless. Recommended by us.

Amazing nights stay & such a fabulous location. Shame we didn't book more than 1 night! Accommodation is fab and the breakfast is freshly cooked and couldn't be looked after more than we were. Sarah was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely stay again 😃

What a wonderful stay at a lovely lady's house. We stayed in the Beach Hut. Not a hut at all but a beautiful high quality lodge. The location was tranquil and peaceful. Idyllic really. Sarah the owner was so lovely and helpful. She's also an amazing breakfast cook! If I could this B&B would be given 10 stars by me not 5! The best place we have ever stopped in at home or abroad. I would highly recommend it as a place to stay

We had the most relaxing stay here last night. Despite the heat outside, the Garden Suite was wonderfully cool and we had the best night's sleep in weeks! The fresh, delicious breakfast was much appreciated, and a fantastic location near multiple locations and a great pub within walking distance. Thanks again!

We called late last night as my partner had a problem with his boat and needed to stay for 1 night. Very accommodating and very friendly and helpful. Lovely place to stay clean and modern everything in there you need and a comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing. Thank you for all your help.

Stayed a couple of nights at the Courtyard Lodge. It was a fantastic few days in West Wittering, the accommodation was lovely, comfortable and very clean. I loved the walk in shower. Sarah was a great host and cooked up a superb breakfast. Nothing was too much and Sarah was very helpful in providing information on where to go and places to eat. I shall be recommending to friends and family and will look to come back in the near future.

We have had the most brilliant stay at 'The Willows' Sarah, the host, could not be more accommodating - Sarah even lent us a mobile phone charger as we forgot ours! The location is spot on for both East and West Wittering and Chichester Harbour, with public transport nearby if needed. The accommodation is like 'home from home' with a fridge, t.v., excellent wifi, super king bed, luxury bedding and contemporary, large, luxurious shower room. Private garden with lounge chairs. The Courtyard unit is fitted out to a stylish Beach Theme. Our breakfast (we chose full English) was superb - even better than hotel standard and Sarah also catered for my 'Gluten Free' intolerance. Other breakfast options are available. Sarah is very informative about the area if you require a recommendation. We cannot speak highly enough of our stay - we will definitely go back again! My Wife and I stayed for one night in August 2021. Very clean and private, lovely room with an amazing rain shower. Shower gel, shampoo and towels provided. Plenty of hot water and a fridge in room with milk and water. Sarah looked after us and cooked a great breakfast. We appreciate that there is a supply and demand for B&B's at the moment. Would not normally pay £135 for one night however Willow House is worth the extra money for sure..👍

Fantastic B&B in a quiet location close to West and East Wittering. The lodge was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The outdoor table and chairs of our lodge were overlooking the garden and were great to relax with a drink or two. The host was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast provided was excellent as well. Strongly recommended!
